Top of the line equipment: Cybex^® Treadmills, Cybex^® Arc Trainer, Cybex^® Recumbent Bikes, Rogue Bike^®, Precor^® Elliptical, , Life Fitness Stairmills, Concept 2 Skierg,  Concept 2 rowing machines, and more, our cardio equipment is heart rate monitor compatible. This equipment is sets us apart from the area’s competition.

Strength Equipment

We only carry state of the art selectorized equipment featuring a full line of the industry leading Cybex Eagle NX^® strength equipment, Hammer Strength^®, and a wide range of free weights. A powerhouse rig is available to meet all of your cross training needs.
