Locally owned and operated by the Ostrenga Family, we proudly serve the residents of Panama City and the Bay County community in a casual atmosphere and a place where each member can feel comfortable regardless of their current activity level.

The Wellness and Fitness Center is not just another place to “workout”. Our unique group of highly trained, professional staff will assist our members in lifestyle enhancements through fitness coaching, nutrition and weight loss management strategies, and assistance in reaching lifestyle goals.
